SmartMaps map service

On this website we use the “SmartMaps” map platform of YellowMap AG, CAS-Weg 1-5, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany, which enables us to display map services directly on the website.

When you access the SmartMaps service, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the YellowMap AG servers in order to provide the service. This data is processed in compliance with the GDPR and is not stored permanently.

Here you will find the contract for order processing within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR (AV or formerly called ADV) as well as the associated technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR (TOMs) in one document.

Please complete and sign the contract and send it to us as an e-mail attachment (PDF file) to av-vertrag@smartmaps.net. Please note that the contract is only valid once it has been received and confirmed by us.

Only information that is necessary for cooperation and system security is collected. There is no logging of the data displayed on the map and there is no tracking, storage, evaluation or forwarding of your data or the data of your customers and users. With SmartMaps, IP addresses are only processed for the delivery of information to the user. The IP address is not stored permanently, unless there is a security problem such as mass, non-human server requests from a single IP address.

To improve the map service, anonymized and cumulative recording of map usage can be carried out with your explicit consent as a SmartMaps customer. This service can be easily and comprehensibly revoked at any time.
